The Planning Department has established a program to communicate with neighborhood groups and facilitate citizen participation. Staff uses this information to notify group leaders about planning-related activities. Leaders can then notify members of their group.
Leaders of neighborhood organizations are encouraged to register their group with the Planning Department. Before registering as a new group, check the Neighborhood Notification Map to see if there is an existing group that represents their area.
