Supplementary Requirements
7.10 Clubs or Lodges (Non-profit)
When allowed, clubs or lodges shall be subject to the following additional requirements:
- All structures shall be located at least 30 feet from property lines. This distance may be reduced to 15 feet if a masonry wall at least 6 feet high is provided
- No outdoor public address systems shall be allowed.
- Parking shall not be located in the front yard. The exception shall be when the lot is 2 acres or larger, in which case parking may be in the front but not in the required front yard.
